I plan on vetting multiple properties in LA that are listed for sale. Diving deep into their finances after providing a POF, and ensuring the property is profitable based on the amount received from the tenants conducting business there.
The Market
The market is vast and profitable if done correctly but it is not difficult. It is very tedious and time-consuming. Commercial properties are listed for sale often, but the tenants stay. The tenants conduct business as usual while I take over the property. The tenants also pay me for the space they are renting from me, this is a large profit when you have multiple tenants in one of my buildings. This is a great business investment.
Progress/Proof of the Business Acquisitions project
I have not been able to purchase because I do not have the funds available to purchase a commercial property. I also need at least a POF (hard) to be able to get my foot in the door and show you the financials to make a decision we can all agree on. There are many things I would need to look at to make an informed decision and a POF is a golden ticket for me to do those things.

Objectives/Future
I plan to purchase one at a time and eventually build my own property. However, the initial amount invested in me will be a one-time investment, I would not need to ask for investors after the initial, because I plan on the initial property profiting enough to where I can afford to purchase another with my own funds.
