We manufacture high-quality exterior and interior doors. We have created a very unique manufacturing process and its accompanying software that lets us make doors in any size and visual type required.

Our company can create tens of thousands of visually different models to satisfy any taste in design. All that is made in a very easy-to-learn process, which allows us to quickly train new employees, but we rarely do. Most of our employees have years of experience with us.

The products have had great feedback from Vienna, Munich, and Montpelier, where we have trial sold doors in small quantities. Especially the high quality and high security of our exterior doors are always appreciated.

The Market

After people spent more time in their homes for the past 2 years, a large amount of renovation has started. People want to refresh their homes. Every home needs a door and luckily, we make doors in any size needed also our manufacturing process allows us to make tens of thousands of visual options for every taste. Our main market advantage is the custom exterior doors we create.

There are a lot of Polish, Turkish and other manufacturers with decent quality interior doors for relatively low prices. But when it comes to exterior doors, we are unmatched in quality, security, and product diversity and the best part is that we manufacture them for a very good price with the customizable look, customizable locking systems, and of course in any size required.

The exterior doors we make are considered high quality-high price range in Bulgaria, but by Central and West European standards are still high-quality but very well priced. This is a great business investment.

Progress/Proof of the Door Manufacturing Company project

As I previously wrote, we have been a company present in the local (Bulgarian market). We are one of Bulgaria’s oldest door manufacturing companies. We even managed to post a positive yearly balance for the last two difficult years. But we work in an antiquated model that we want to change: the doors are being sold in our stores, build in our factory, and installed by our crews.

We have always known that manufacturing is our biggest strength and that is what we want to lean on from now on. Currently, we have started a transformation process: moved our manufacturing to a new building (owned by us), started a new marketing campaign with a new Facebook page (already up) and a new website with a release date of 15th of July. Objectives/Future

Our main problem is that we have no export experience (except for small orders within 20 doors). Research shows that we could easily sell our products in Europe for a higher price than we sell in Bulgaria and with no store and installation crew costs. Product adaptability (size and looks) means we can easily fit in any market.

We honestly just don’t know which doors to knock on. That is where a potential partner/investor comes in, with connections, ideas, and fresh marketing resources. Once we get a client, we expect to keep him. Most current construction, renovation, and interior partners we work with have tried our products once and have not looked back. 1/3 of people entering our stores become our clients and 1/2 of clients that get an official offer, again become our clients.

With our manufacturing process, it is easy to adapt and grow if needed. All we need is for someone to assist us to approach the export market. Of course, we are open to clients from all around the globe.
