The Business details for the FlyNow luxury tourism project
FlyNow was born out of the need to modernize luxury tourism.
Our business aims to bring exclusive services to our customers’ pockets, online and securely. Today, we are very dependent on hiring travel agents and travel agencies in order to enjoy certain services. We want to eliminate this need, opening up opportunities for customers to travel more, further, and in the way they want, and for the trip to be purchased in minutes over the internet, whether on a cell phone, tablet or computer.
FlyNow seeks to liberate luxury tourism, making it more technological and “accessible”, since online the customer will be able to create the trip of their dreams in minutes, without depending on travel agencies, giving the customer time and control. This is a great business opportunity.
The Market
By 2023, the luxury tourism market is expected to reach a total value of €1.5 trillion worldwide. A difference of 8 to 10% from 2022.
This resilient market will see even greater growth, averaging 15% annually. This means that this currently astronomical market will grow even more non-stop until 2031.
The trends are: exotic places, adventures, culinary and cultural travel, super-personalized travel, ultra-luxury, a high level of privacy and exclusivity, whatever the price.
Our target group (HNWI High networth individuals) are willing to spend more and more like never before. They want to enjoy life, privacy, exclusivity and be willing to pay for it.
FlyNow in its current form has no direct competitors.
Our USP is the modernization of the luxury tourism market in itself. Our commitment to the date and financial security of our clients as the exclusion of time-killing steps in this market.
Progress/Proof of the FlyNow luxury tourism project
I do have a prototype of the service itself.
I did receive good feedback from the idea, the most remarkable was from BAE Ventures CEO. Also, some entrepreneurs in the tourism market. As well as some individuals I shared the FlyNow idea with.
I did market research, SWOT analysis, age & group insights, market necessities, regional and global insights, ways of operation, competition analysis.
I do have potential clients as well as confirmed clients if FlyNow started to operate.
I do have some followers, not so many.
Not profitable (yet), unfortunately I do not have the financial backup I need to put the ideia out and make it fly higher and further. However, FlyNow undoubtedly would generate profit if it was put out and started to operate.
I have not yet received awards or been in the media, but I have been part of the Lisbon’s Websummit twice, in 2023 I was invited to participate by the organizers.

Objectives/Future
We are heading to the future and modernization of this market.
Our short term goals: Find a willing investor, start operating and achieve 1000 active customers by the end of 2024.
I see FlyNow dominating the online luxury tourism market within the next 3 to 5 years. And me as the idealizer of this idea highly hope we reach at least 1 million active users between the 2nd and 3rd year after operations started.
As well as global operations.

Targeted Advertising.
“Actions” on social media with well-known names.
Partnerships with companies in the luxury market, whatever luxury form it may be.
Partnerships with luxury agencies and agents, but that is a partnership model in which I have not yet completed a study and articulation on.
