Students residence in a place where there are no other students residences other than 598 beds from the university. This university has 9200 students and 60 % are outsiders.

The Market

With a price range between 350€ and 600€ per room charged in a shared apartment, this project has a huge potential for fast growth. With every year more the 3000 students struggle to find a room to live during their course at the university. Our goal is to develop the first part with 450 beds and after 2 years develop another 450 beds close to the University. This is a great investment opportunity.

Progress/Proof of the Students Residence

We already have a bank ready to finance the construction at 70%. Looking for investors to acquire the plot of land and start the marketing with the university. The interest is huge. A business plan with a detailed presentation is available upon request.

We are planning to give up to 25% total to 3M investment, or up to 10% year over a loan with the first year payment suspended for construction.
